Information you give us
When you complete our application form, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, company name, time in business, annual revenue and requested amount, plus your response to the consent statement on the form. When you call, text or visit us, we collect what you choose to tell us about you and your business.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers and service providers receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. Non-essential cookies and similar technologies are used only if you accept them in our cookie banner (see "Cookies and your consent" below).
Information from lending partners
If your request goes to a lending partner, the partner may tell us about the status of your request.
Our application form is provided by a third party
The application form on this website is embedded from LeadConnector (the GoHighLevel platform). When you fill it in, your information is transmitted to and stored by that provider on our behalf, and the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help block automated spam. LeadConnector and Cloudflare process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

How we share information
With lending partners
To do what you ask, we share the information you provide with lending partners that offer the type of funding you are looking for. Those partners use it to evaluate your request and may contact you directly. Each partner handles your information under its own privacy policy.
With service providers
We use service providers for things like our application form, website hosting, phone and messaging. They may process information on our behalf.
For legal reasons
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, our users or others.
Business transfers
If Rockstone Lending is involved in a merger, sale or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
